DESCRIPTION OF THE LAWSUIT
A proposed nationwide Settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit involving Snyder’s-Lance Products. The Settlement resolves litigation over whether the Defendant violated state and federal laws regarding the marketing and Labeling of its Snyder’s-Lance Products.
You may be eligible to participate in the proposed Settlement, if it is finally approved, if you purchased Snyder’s-Lance Snyder’s of Hanover® Pretzels, Snyder’s of Hanover® Chips, Cape Cod® Potato Chips, Eatsmart Naturals® Snacks, Padrino’s® Chips or Snack Factory Pretzel Crisps® products bearing, or advertised or marketed with, Labeling as “All Natural,” “Natural,” “Naturally,” “All Natural Ingredients,” or any other derivation of “natural,” including “nothing artificial,” and/or “no preservatives,” between November 13, 2007 and March 3, 2016.
The Settlement will provide payments to those who qualify. You will need to file a Claim Form to get a payment from the Settlement.
